    1. Landlord to complete an ID check, sign a Management Agreement & provide a set of keys to EWPP.

    2. Organisation and scheduling of professional
      photography and advertising

    3. Compliance check and organisation of required works

    5. Application processing and checks

    6. Presentation to landlord with applicants and
      select applicant

    7. Notify successful applicant, lodge bond and two weeks rent request

    8. Finalise compliance reports

    9. Complete in-going property condition report

    10. Signing of documentation and keys to tenant
