A landlord is to complete an ID verification, complete and sign a Managing Agency Agreement & provide a set of property keys to our agency
Organisation and scheduling of professional
photography and creation of the property’s advertising campaignA compliance check of the property will be conducted and organisation of the required works will commence
Advertising campaign begins
Tenant application processing and screening
Presentation of applications to the landlord, and support in
selecting a successful applicantThe successful applicant is notified, and preparation for the tenancy begins
Finalise all compliance reports and prepare the tenancy documentation
Complete a detailed and thorough in-going property condition report with photos
